- To monitor course attendance and provide learning materials

The information we store about you is collected when you use our ‘contact us’ form, send us an email or register/attend a training course.
We need to collect and hold this information in order to respond to your enquiry, and adequately provide you with the training course/materials. Keeping an accurate log of course attendees will help us monitor business throughput and tailor appropriate communications.
The storage and processing of your data is necessary to fulfil a contract or duties you have requested of us, such as provide a quote or deliver a training course.
We may pass on course attendee lists to the venue so that they are able to accurately determine who is in the building for fire safety purposes.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on a password protected Google drive.
All information about you will be stored indefinitely whilst the company Respiratory Training Wales Ltd is trading. After cessation of trading, data will be stored for 3 years, after which point it will be deleted. This is so that we are not storing your data for longer than necessary.
